Paymaneh Sabet is an Iranian refugee living in Malaysia. She is a regular contributor to my "Cross in the Desert" podcast and Substack Platform. Her current article is about the Crown Prince of Iran, Reza Pahlavi, whom Iranians overwhelmingly want to be the next leader of a Free Iran once this current regime has toppled.
The World Embraces King Reza Pahlavi’s Vision for a Free Iran. Finally, It’s the Dawn of Freedom.
The voice of Iran’s liberation echoes across the globe. From the hallowed halls of the British Parliament to the vibrant studios of Fox News, King Reza Pahlavi, the rightful heir to Iran’s hope, stands as a beacon of freedom. His speeches and interviews, resonating with the 46-year cry of the Iranian people, have ignited a global awakening. The world is listening, and it is recognizing the leader who carries the dreams of a nation shackled by tyranny. I, Paymaneh Sabet, a steadfast voice from exile, bear witness to this historic moment, despite the United Nations’ attempts to silence me. From the indomitable spirit of King Reza Pahlavi, I forged my resolve to fight and endure in exile, a flame that ignites millions to rise for a free Iran.
The world’s parliaments, from Sweden to Belgium, have opened their doors to him, signaling a profound shift: Reza Pahlavi is no longer just a prince in exile; he is the voice of a revolution and the king to tens of millions of Iranians. His words, a clarion call for a secular, democratic Iran, stir hearts and minds. Crowds gather outside the places he speaks, their red roses symbolizing respect for a leader who embodies their aspirations. His words are no mere speech—they are a declaration that the Islamic Republic’s days are numbered.
His global journey tells a story of recognition. At the Munich Security Conference in 2023, he urged the world to stand with Iran’s people. In Paris, on June 24, 2025, he outlined a 100-day plan for a democratic transition, earning applause from international media. His interviews with Fox News and Lara Trump amplified his message: peace in the Middle East begins with the fall of Iran’s regime. These platforms, from Europe to America, are not just stages—they are proof that the world sees Reza Pahlavi as Iran’s future. As he told POLITICO, “The odds are very good” that the regime will collapse by year’s end—a prophecy embraced by those who yearn for freedom.
Yet this is not the story of one man alone. It is the story of a nation rising, of a people who chant “Javid Shah” in the streets of Tehran and Zahedan. It is the story of activists like me, who, from the distant shores of Malaysia, amplify the call for justice. My words, and the words of those like me who labored in isolation for years, now echo in the hearts of millions. Together, we are the victory, the freedom, the new prosperous Iran. The Islamic Republic thrives on chaos, but we thrive on unity. King Reza Pahlavi’s vision—a free, democratic Iran—unites us all.
The world’s embrace of King Reza Pahlavi is
a promise to the Iranian people: You are not alone. From London to Washington,
leaders and citizens alike hear your cry. Now is the time to act. Support the
strikes, amplify the protests, and stand with the man who carries Iran’s hope.
The regime is crumbling, and a new dawn is near. Let us seize this moment,
together, for a free Iran.
